Centralised Courtyard and Green Spaces
Our centralized courtyard has been designed to serve residents' recreational needs in the form of multi-purpose courts for workers to play their favourite sport, and green spaces with easy-to-maintain planting palette that have been specially designed to encourage workers to unwind and relax in.
There is also a gym facing the courtyard that has been deliberating designed to integrate into the courtyard, so that gym goes can enjoy the outdoor greenery and social activities happening in the courtyard while using indoor gym facilities.
Recreational Areas
There is an open void desk area within the PBD that can be used for a variety of individual or communal activities. These spaces can be used for events for migrant workers, or repurposed during future pandemic outbreaks.
Aside from the void deck area, there are also multi-purpose rooms.

Improved Room Configuration
Designed based on the improved standards for new migrant worker dormitories, each individual room can house up to 12 residents (4.2sqm per resident) and are naturally cross-ventilated for greater comfort and airflow, and has ensuite toilets and laundry facilities. These ensuite facilities help to minimize intermixing across rooms during future disease outbreaks.
Rooms are also designed to be naturally cross-ventilated with higher ceilings for greater comfort and airflow.
Pandemic Resilience Features
Our residential units include design features allowing readiness to swing into pandemic-resilience mode, such as the segmentation of communal facilities, kitchens and common areas on each floor, for dedicated use by 120 residents per section, providing residents certain flexibility to maintain their daily mode of living.
